Peril Point privacy policy
Effective October 11, 2026.
Peril Point is an arcade game where you steer a small ship through a swarm. This policy explains what the game keeps and where that stays.
What Peril Point uses
- Touch and motion sensors. You can steer by dragging or by tilting the phone. The game reads the gyroscope only while you play, to move your ship, and doesn’t record or store those readings. It stores one calibration value so tilt steering feels level.
- Vibration. The game can vibrate the phone for in-game effects.
It asks for no other permissions. It doesn’t use your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files, and it has no internet access.
What Peril Point keeps
- Your game progress: points, upgrades, ships, arena themes and skins, achievements and best scores
- Your settings: steering, handling, audio, and the tilt calibration
Where it stays
Everything stays on your phone, in the game’s private storage. Peril Point has no servers and no accounts, and it doesn’t send your data anywhere. There are no ads, no analytics and no third-party trackers.
Your choices
- Delete your data by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the game. Either erases everything Peril Point has stored on your phone.
Children
Peril Point isn’t directed at children under 13.
Changes
If the game starts collecting anything, such as anonymous usage statistics, crash reports or ads, this policy will be updated first, with a new effective date.
