Peril Point terms of service

Effective October 11, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and NewZenith Datacom OPC, the Philippine company that publishes Peril Point (“we”). By installing or playing Peril Point, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

Using the game

Peril Point is free to play. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install it and play it on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game, sell it or access to it, or remove its notices, except where the law gives you that right regardless of these terms.

Google Play’s terms also apply to how you got the game from Google Play.

Points and upgrades

The points you earn and the upgrades, ships and themes you unlock exist only inside the game. They have no money value, and you can’t sell them, transfer them or exchange them for anything outside the game.

Your progress is stored only on your phone. If you clear the game’s storage, uninstall it or lose the phone, it’s gone, and we can’t restore it because we never had a copy.

Play safely

Tilt steering means moving your phone. Play somewhere you can move safely, keep a firm grip, and don’t play while driving, cycling or walking in traffic.

Updates and test builds

We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering the game. Test builds may have bugs and may change more often than released versions.

No warranty

We provide Peril Point “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be free of errors or always available, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law, or under the consumer law of the country you live in, that can’t be waived by agreement.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If you keep playing after that date, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
